"So far, very satisfied with this lock. I don’t have a quick release on my front tire, and the lock fits perfectly under the seat post for locking on the rear tire. I also found the screws not long enough for the bottle cage to be on top of the lock, but I didn’t need it anyway. Very slight rattling, just need to be sure it’s snapped in place before riding. My only complaint is that the locking mechanism itself seems a little loose. As others have mentioned, you have to find the sweet spot to get the key in to turn. Overall, the sleek fit and convenience wins out."

To start the installation, you'll need your new Lobster Lock, the included M5 screws (2), a pair of keys, and a 3mm allen key. These items are provided with your lock.
The M5 screws are pinned between the hang card packaging and the plastic base of your lock. Be cautious when cutting the zip ties to separate the lock from the hang card, as the screws may fall out.
Leave 2 or 3 "spaces" between the two screws when installing your Lobster Lock. For mounting to the down tube (for front wheel locking), place the top screw in the 1st or 2nd space. For mounting to the seat tube (for rear wheel locking), use the lower spaces to avoid interference with your bike's pedals and gearing.
Yes, you can mount a bottle cage on top of your Lobster Lock. Place the screws first through the bottle cage holes and then through the appropriate spacer holes. Follow the same screw position guidelines mentioned earlier for installation without a bottle cage.
